My Cooking Journey

Our Family Moved to SF Long Ago, trading the vibrant streets of my hometown for the rolling hills and bay breezes of the city. Thousands of miles from my Grandma’s gourmet cooking, I found myself longing for her vivid flavors and comforting aromas. With her guidance and precise techniques, I recreated her dishes, adjusting the spices until they tasted just like home. Before long, I was experimenting with local ingredients, fusing cuisines, refining presentations, and sharing simplified recipes with friends and family

I was Trained into Yoga when I was Very Young, After Practicing Yoga Training for many Years I Realized People have Breaked Their Body with constant feeding of Bad & Un-healthy food. While Training for Yoga I Also Learned about Yogic Food and Recipes. These Technics and Recipes was so profound that I found that people who trained by me for yoga practices does not practice yoga regularely but they are still following my technics and recipes.

My Cookbook

In November 2023, I published my first book “The Yogic Cookbook” This Book Revolves aroung Sattvic Philosophy, Ayurvedic Principles, My Personal Cooking Journey, Recipes Stories and Science of Positive and Negetive Pranic Foods.
